Rising of the Sun - Promise of the Day's Possibilities

Between Sunrise and Sunset, which makes you appreciate life more? I must admit, that I'm not much of a morning person. Yet, there is nothing as beautiful as sacred as the sunrise at the break of dawn. Waking up with the sun hitting the room through the window with the aroma of coffee caressing the nasal, seeping through my lungs, makes a great start of a brand new day. Waking up was never about yesterday or what has past, although it may alter who you are before. Waking up is not about tomorrow, although it may be planned. Waking up is about today, and what you do today, changes yesterday and tomorrow. Today is a brand new day, promise of the day's and future possibilities.

Christmas KeyRing / Zipper Pull

Silly Me! This is for Christmas too and I forgot to upload it in the previous post. Anyway...Who should I give this to?

Its a KeyRing or Zipper Pull depending on what you use it for

Merry Christmas!

Christmas is the best time of the year. Through I'm not Christian in any way, we Malaysian celebrates everything. And I love Christmas the most like most people because it is time for year end bonus and time to clear balance leave for the year.

It is also time when children ask Santa for gifts and the adults pay for them. Deficits are when adults tell the government what they want and their kids pay for it.

Oh Well, I'm neither a child nor do I want to be an adult just yet.

So Merry Christmas Everyone! Hope you get lots of love, happiness and abundance of joy this festive season.

This is for you Cheng Li

Bracelet Watch!

Its a Bracelet & a Watch! Inspired by When Flowers Bloom

A Sunny Pot of Flowers

You know the feeling you get when you've finally found what you have been hunting for? High and low? To the end of the world might I say?

Well, I have been hunting every store, every site possible to get my hands on Tim Holtz Tattered Florals here in Malaysia. There is none! And those sites carrying the dies either do not shipped it here due to customs complexities and duties or just too expensive to shipped. Alas, I said to myself, no matter how costly it is, I MUST GET MY HANDS ON IT! And I've got it!! WooHoo!

So Here's what I've made in November (a few things actually but the Internet at home just had to throw some tantrum and wouldn't let me upload). Anyway, It is Hoon's birthday and the Tattered Florals came just in time. So I  made her a sunny pot of flowers with the die and my cuttlebug machine.

Tadaa! A Sunny Pot of Flowers!

Here's the flower pots made from Coffee Brown Cardstock and I ran them through the Cuttlebug Machine with the Swirls Folder. Made the crown of the pot with Martha Stewart Doily Lace Punch

And the flowers is definitely a Tim Holtz production

And that is where the Birthday message should go; on the stem of the bunches, hidden in the pot.

So Happy Birthday Hoon with a sunny pot of flowers from morning till night. May your birthday be as bright as the flowers and as the years grow, may your happiness grow with it and never wither.
